Exceptionally process-focused, highly organized, and detailed, Rick is perfect for his role as Warehouse and Logistics Manager. Coordinating specifics with hundreds of vendors, delivery of product to both the company warehouse and job sites alike, Rick keeps track of it all from construction materials to sofas and tables.

Born and raised in Southern California, Rick grew up farming avocados and lemons on his family’s orchard. As a teenager, he worked with other local farmers to develop a system that utilized satellite networks and soil saturation meters to improve irrigation efficiency and allow operations to continue despite a historic drought.

Rick still holds a Universal EPA 608 HVAC certification from a career in commercial HVAC. He has also worked as a certified technician for Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Volkswagen, providing him with more than 10 years of experience as a mechanical systems specialist.
