JUDY
CEO | Owner
Combining 4 decades of banking and finance on both coasts, a Cordon-Bleu chef and entrepreneur, Judy governs the firm laser-focused on the client experience, balancing design, buildability, livability, and budget. She provides strategic oversight to projects and strongly supports the decision rights of her team to run projects proactively and with the clients’ best interest at the forefront.
Having lived in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, New York City, Boston, and 12 years in Boulder, she leads the team to implement best practices from her career from each city.
If you see a small plane fly by, look up, it might be her co-piloting in the sky with her husband when she is not running the business or working on philanthropic efforts to support her community.
CANDACE
SVP | Senior Designer | ASID, NCIDQ
As a past design teacher from California’s prestigious Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, a professional with the highest professional NCIDQ certification and membership and past board member of ASID, Candace delivers exceptional design to her clients and plays a critical leadership role at the company. Her experience has taken her to California, Hawaii, France, Shanghai as well as a more than a decade of work in the Front Range and Mountain Towns of Colorado.
Candace had a new project this year, designing the baby’s room for her new grandson.


DYLAN
AVP | Project Manager
With a background in architecture, business and web design from Arizona State University, Dylan provides insight and solutions to each client’s build or remodel. As Project Manager, he balances budgets, timelines and communications between contractors, subs, vendors, and clients.
As a native Californian, he developed his project management skill by working for an international consumer technology company designing and installing large tradeshow displays and VIP support for film and television.
Early in his career, Dylan managed a local music store coordinating and scheduling teams of teachers, salespeople and warehousing and inventory.
An avid camper, you can often catch Dylan adventuring Colorado, sleeping in his rooftop tent and have cocktails by the campfire with friends.
JAMIE
Director of Design | Allied ASID
As an NKBA and ASID award winning designer, Jamie oversees and manages the design direction of every project. She led a client’s 18-month project rebranding and updating their offices nationwide to whole home builds, kitchen, bath, and basement remodels. Jamie is an expert in guiding clients through their projects from concept to completion.
After graduating with a BA in Interior Design, Jamie joined a boutique residential firm in Chicago where she worked on everything from 15,000 square-foot homes to urban penthouses and lakefront vacation homes.
After returning to her home state of Colorado, she developed her practice by becoming the lead designer for a Boulder residential firm where she worked on homes from Denver to Vail.
In Jamie’s spare time, she actively cheers on her son’s top traveling soccer team and brings humorous stories to the office from her two teen age boys.


RACHEL
Design Associate
A graduate of CU Denver, with a degree in Architecture and certificate of Interior Design, Rachel brings extensive proficiency in computer design programs including Adobe suites, Revit, Rhino, CAD, and Sketch-up. She plays a key role in design development and schematic drawings including floorplans, elevations, and renderings. Rachel assists with product selection and final client delivarables.From Minnesota, and now a resident of Colorado, she loves being outside gardening or in the kitchen trying something new.
RICK
Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Exceptionally process-focused, highly organized, and detailed, Rick is perfect for his role as Warehouse and Logistics Manager. Coordinating specifics with hundreds of vendors, delivery of product to both the company warehouse and job sites alike, Rick keeps track of it all from construction materials to sofas and tables.
Born and raised in Southern California, Rick grew up farming avocados and lemons on his family’s orchard. As a teenager, he worked with other local farmers to develop a system that utilized satellite networks and soil saturation meters to improve irrigation efficiency and allow operations to continue despite a historic drought.
Rick still holds a Universal EPA 608 HVAC certification from a career in commercial HVAC. He has also worked as a certified technician for Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Volkswagen, providing him with more than 10 years of experience as a mechanical systems specialist.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and we honor his six years of service with the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade.
In his free time, you can find Rick out in the garage restoring his ’68 Benz or ’74 Mark Twain boat. He also loves to hike and camp with his golden retriever, Ruger (Our Company Mascot!).


RÓMULO
Architectural Affiliate
Originally from Venezuela, Rómulo has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad Central de Venezuela FAU-UCV and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Universidad Metropolitano CENDECO. He worked in Venezuela for over 15 years developing and building commercial projects and custom homes. When he moved to the US in 2015, he reconnected to his Architecture practice through local construction companies. In the past few years, he has been working with a variety of Architectural and Design firms on residential and commercial projects. Rómulo is the Architectural Affiliate on all projects at Front Range Design Center.
Rómulo is a practiced adventurer and competitive mountain bike rider and is the father of two very active young boys.
