Our experienced team will work with you to assess your project, review drawings, curate material schemes, compile product specifications, and tailor client presentations while maintaining mindfulness of your vision and goals. Our materials library houses hundreds of different product lines, organized for the needs of you and your project so that you can quickly find what you need, all within your budget.  We are here to keep your project running smooth so that you can have fun creating something beautiful for your clients.

    Wholesale Product Procurement & Billing

    Directly following the Design Process, our team of Boulder interior design procurement experts provides you with a full list of product details including: product knowledge and specifications, sign off and approval sheets, lead times, pricing estimates on every piece and a schedule of where and when you need it.   Once you approve, our team immediately places your orders, tracks their status, and keeps you updated throughout.

    Don’t have time to bill your client for product? Collecting payment shouldn’t have to be a headache. If needed, we can direct bill your customer with your logo and pricing. Our billing to you is wholesale; our billing to your client uses your product pricing. We do the paperwork, you get paid on time.

    Logistics: Receiving, Storage, Delivery

    FRDC can accept all furniture, lighting, accessories, carpet, wallpaper, tile and flooring – sign it in, examine the condition, review the deliveries and report back to you. Our team will handle the receiving, re-ordering, and replacement if any damaged product is delivered to our warehouse. All product is stored elevated off the ground in our local warehouse conveniently located in Boulder. We can store your product for as little or as long as you need it and never have product take up valuable space for you or your client.  Once you are ready for your product and selections, we coordinate with you the earliest and most convenient delivery and installation time available.

    Project Completion

    Upon project close out, we provide you with a Project Summary, Care & Maintenance Guides, Warranty Information, and any applicable Design Deliverables. Our team can assist in any installation walks and punchlist item execution. We ensure you have the resources and tools to share with your client so they can maintain, function and enjoy their new space for years to come.
