The Process

  • Step 1

    Enterprise Support

    FRDC is here to fill in the gaps with our Boulder interior design logistics services, and white glove delivery and storage solutions. When we first meet, we determine the scope of your project and important details like budget, timeline, and who you’re designing for, allowing your team to remain focused on business development. We focus on tasks that bog you down, but are critical to the success of your project. Let our experienced eyes focus on your project details.

    Project Management

    Tell us your project needs: Product selection for your client? Meet with the GC so you can work on your next project? Handle logistics? Our Project Management team works hand-in-hand with your staff to keep your project focused and on track. You and your team will have a master calendar and list of tasks in their current completion status to know exactly what is happening on your project every day. We can cover it all: product procurement, scheduling, labor coordination, material & service coordination, documentation, bookkeeping, oversight of installation, and client & office communication.

    Design Selection

    If needed, the FRDC Team works with you to determine the aesthetic and functinality goals for your project. Our team of experienced designers can assess your project, analyze plans, curate material schemes, compile product specifications, and tailor client presentations while maintaining mindfulness of your vision and goals. Our library houses hundreds of different product lines – flooring, tile, fabric, lighting, cabinets, plumbing and carpet – all structured in a tiered system that enables us to quickly source product that meets your budget.

    Wholesale Product Procurement & Billing

    Directly following the Product Selection Process, our team provides you with a full list of product details including: product knowledge and specifications, sign off and approval sheets, lead times, pricing estimates in any pricing unit you require, and where and when you need it on-site. Once approved, our team immediately places your orders, tracks their status, and keeps you updated throughout.

    Don’t have time to bill your client for product? Collecting payment shouldn’t have to be a headache. If needed, we can directly bill your customer with your logo and pricing. Our billing to you is wholesale; our billing to your client uses your product pricing. We do the paperwork, you get paid on time.

    Logistics: Receiving, Storage, Delivery

    FRDC is your team of Boulder interior design logistic specialists. Based on your feedback during the product procurement step, we will determine the best way to get your product to the job-site and answer questions such as: can your office or site handle large scale deliveries? Is a dock available to offload from a long-haul shipment? Forklift and proper certifications to ensure it arrives safely?

    FRDC handles the receiving, re-ordering, and replacement if damaged product is delivered to our warehouse. We can take single items to multi thousand-pound pallets, signed in, reviewed and reported back to you by our professional team. All product is stored elevated off the ground in our local warehouse. With our Boulder area white glove storage and delivery services, you can store your product for as little or as long as you need it and never have product take up valuable space on-site or in your office. Once your product is ready, our team will coordinate with you the earliest and most convenient delivery time available.

    Project Completion

    Upon project close out, we provide our clients with a Project Summary, FF&E Booklet (if applicable), Care & Maintenance Guides, Warranty Information, and any applicable Design Deliverables. Our team can assist in any site-walks and punchlist item execution.
